You cannot vote for Jack.
Also, persons age means whether they are a New Human, Middle-Aged, etc.
You must have at least 10 posts before nominating (Human).
You can only nomintate one person who hasn't been nominated already.
You must say the whole reason why you are nominating someone, they must have done something helpful, you can't vote for a New Human, they must be as least a Human and up.
You can vote for yourself if you have been nominated, but you can only vote once.
